Showed up at 8:15am, w/o an appointment, as a drop in with a sore throat. I was tested for Covid, Strep and flu, found to be negative for all, and was out the door headed home by 9am. I was counseled as to the cause of my sore throat (heavy dose of pollen while mowing the previous day) and given a remedy. Now, that’s efficiency.
I have been going here for years, had a very rare and complicated medical emergency about a year ago. The staff and medical personnel did an outstanding job. Most of the staff was very friendly except for one particular nurse that had an extremely distasteful and hostile attitude. Not sure if she was having a bad day or what, but how she was towards me was pretty uncalled for. I saw Dr Jared Richardson and he was great.
