They leave the can laying in the road and put notes on the can complaining because i have too much trash. There are other options out there so i will go with someone else!
Horrible customer service! They do not return phone calls. You will be stuck with garbage sitting in the front of my house for days. Seriously, this place is a joke!
They always pick up garbage on assigned days. A little inconvenience during holiday, garbage overflowed til next pickup. They are better since new ownership.
These guys are idiots who are technologically stuck about 30 years ago. Told me I was signed up for auto pay, had trashcan taken 6 months later. Called them, asked to send me invoice to pay, never sent it. Bad service.
I’ve used Upstate for five years and am surprised at the low comments. They’ve always been really good. Picked up right on time, not missed a day, etc. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
This is a company that’s doing so well that they don’t want new business. I reached out to them through their web form over 2 weeks ago, and haven’t gotten a single call back yet. They don’t need or want new customers, so I suggest looking elsewhere.
Used them for a few months right now with no issues. Forgot to take my trash out this morning and the driver saw it on the side of my house and got it and emptied anyway. Great company
This company is under new management as of July, 2017. They provide fast & friendly service & are constantly striving to improve!! They have implemented new office strategies to better serve their customers!! This is a good company!! Hats off to the office workers & drivers!!

Impossible to pay bill. Unreachable by phone or website email. Never return calls. I leave messages and no one returns calls. I should’ve just driven to their office and dropped the payments off on person. They finally took the trash can. Time to find a new service.
