This facility is top-notch in the quality of their staff, the efficiency of their system and most importantly in the care they provide. Beyond the professionalism and expertise of the doctors (which is superb), the administrative and clerical staff try very hard to help you, and they remember you at your next visit!
Procedure lasted a whole hour. 45min of consultation and explaining what was going to happen. Actual procedure lasted 15min. Dr. was very informative and everything went as explained. Minor pain and discomfort but overall no complains. I would def recommend this clinic.
I was pleased to be offered a cloth gown – not a paper one! I found the nurse and doctor to be helpful and non judgmental. They helped put me at ease. I am very uncomfortable discussing leaking urine and found this office to be exceptional in providing me a comfortable place.
