This would be 5 stars except for one physician encounter where I felt the physician was pushing his own specialty and not what proved to be my best option. Other than that one encounter all the rest were very professional and caring and in my best interest.
The procedure was fine. I liked Dr Szabo but I was placed in collections 45 days after receiving my first bill even though I had made payments. The balance is paid off now but they are charging me a $60 collections fee. Be careful with these people because it’s all about them raking as much money off you as they can.
All details of my procedures were well and promptly were well handled. Dr. Kuhn and his staff plus the care I received at Good Samaritan hospital were all top notch. I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Aaron Bey has been my Urologist for about 7 years. No matter what my problem is, and I have had many, I can always count on Dr. Bey to look me in the eyes, and tell me the truth. That is something nice to rely on these days.
Everyone that works here is so friendly and incredibly efficient. They advised me to areive half an hour early to fill out paperwork, and got me in and out of my appointment before my scheduled appointment time. Upon arrival I was advised my appointment was canceled however I received no communication of this. I was asked if I could come back in the afternoon. I live about 45 min away and expressed this. They were able to work me in. It took a week and a half for someone to call me with test results.
I had a large kidney stone that was too large to pass and it had to be surgically removed. Dr Bey was able to make arrangements to have me admitted into the hospital for the surgery. I was there for two days and I did not have any complications. I would definitely recommend Dr Bey.

I was diagnosed with prostate cancer in June of 2017 and have lived past the initial expectations. I attribute that to the care given me by my doctor Mark Delworth, the Urology Group and their pharmacy.

This would be 5 stars except for one physician encounter where I felt the physician was pushing his own specialty and not what proved to be my best option. Other than that one encounter all the rest were very professional and caring and in my best interest.
The procedure was fine. I liked Dr Szabo but I was placed in collections 45 days after receiving my first bill even though I had made payments. The balance is paid off now but they are charging me a $60 collections fee. Be careful with these people because it’s all about them raking as much money off you as they can.

Please get a second opinion !! They told my husband he had a 6 MM Kidney Stone that would be impossible to pass. Scheduled surgery, performed a very painful ureteroscopy , put stents in, and No Stone was found? no explanation from the Dr, but they keep on billing and billing for services. No call back from the Doc either to explain???

Dr Fulton and the entire staff at Mercy West hospital were amazing. Dr. Fulton came to check on me the morning after my surgery and made me feel positive about the entire process . I also had a nurse named Teri who was so helpful and caring .
Dr. Aaron Bey has been my Urologist for about 7 years. No matter what my problem is, and I have had many, I can always count on Dr. Bey to look me in the eyes, and tell me the truth. That is something nice to rely on these days.
Everyone that works here is so friendly and incredibly efficient. They advised me to areive half an hour early to fill out paperwork, and got me in and out of my appointment before my scheduled appointment time. They gave clear instructions and everyone said hello to me and asked how I was. Fantastic hospitality.

Upon arrival I was advised my appointment was canceled however I received no communication of this. I was asked if I could come back in the afternoon. I live about 45 min away and expressed this. They were able to work me in. It took a week and a half for someone to call me with test results.
I had a large kidney stone that was too large to pass and it had to be surgically removed. Dr Bey was able to make arrangements to have me admitted into the hospital for the surgery. I was there for two days and I did not have any complications. I would definitely recommend Dr Bey.
