  7. This place is a disgrace, I have been telling them for 6 months they billed me wrong and had a 3 way call with them & my insurance company and my insurance company broke protocal and told them the right codes to rebill at and they still wouldn’t do it! AWFUL!

  8. These people are trying to bill for something; I don’t know what that they say happened over three years ago. They sent a bill that arrived on a Saturday; with no explanation; just I owe $411.

  9. If you want to be put at ease, take the best nap ever, never feel a thing, nor remember a thing, then here’s the place and the group to come to.
    Excellent work! Thank you.

  10. This place does not work with you at all when it comes to bills. They will send you to collections even if you are paying them every month. I will never use them again. Horrible customer service, they don’t care about patients just money.

  11. Worst customer service! Same situation as everyone else. They sent me to collections and never received a bill because they have all my information wrong. They blame the hospital, but I had no other issues with anyone else

  12. the worst! stay away from this group…unethical billing practices. I’m in the healthcare business and know the ins-n-outs. Customer service sucks…phone calls never returned! very 3rd world

  13. I didn’t feel a thing! As it should be for surgery but the physician was professional and had a great bedside manner. I would highly recommend the services.

  14. Don’t worry about Prepaying with these people…They’ll sent you a HUGE bill anyways!
Also good luck finding the right number for them..90% of the ones listed are out of service…That includes the numbers that the hospital gave us too!

  15. Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. The doctor was fine but trying to get my bill corrected has been horrible. I’m on my seventh or eighth phone interaction and it still isn’t resolved.

  16. This company sent bills to an incorrect address and then sent me to collections. When I called to try to have them correct the issue they took no responsibility and expected me to work it out with the collections agency.

  17. Anesthesiologist was kind and spent time to go over the procedure. He asked about background of any other times I had anesthesia and if any side affects. Very thorough!

  18. Wonderful experience with this anesthesiologist. He talked with me before the surgery and listened to my concerns. I would be happy to work with him again. Thank you.

  19. Horrible, rude customer service that really makes it clear that they do not care. They lost my check and can’t seem to find it and told me it wasn’t their fault if it went to collections. After a lot of unfriendly employees, I got to …

  20. She listened to all of my concerns, I literally don’t remember anything after she gave me a sedative before entering the operating room. Minimal pain after procedure. No nausea after procedure. YEA !!!!

  22. Horrible experience ever!!! This includes anesthesia doctor also! Medicine was to much for my body. Then billing office shameful too. I agree totally with all bad comments. Can’t believe they’re still in business with these stats… Zero stars was unavailable, that is the REAL score 😡😡… …

  23. Everything was explained well in advance of surgery and the process went extremely smoothly – no issues during or after the surgery from anesthesia. I woke up, started walking and was released shortly after surgery with no aftereffects.

  24. The anesthesiologist came to see me before my procedure to discuss what to expect. I think the most important part is that I fell asleep at the right time and woke up at the right time. Well done and thank you!

  25. I was struggling to be up-to-date with my responsibilities with US ANESTHESIA PARTNERS: DALLAS, TX and Ms. Marivel Olvera, the Patient Advocate, helped me through the process. …

  26. They didn’t make an insurance claim “because we didn’t have that information”. Then they sent the bill to the WRONG ADDRESS repeatedly. They finally handed it over to a collection agency who also sent the bill to the WRONG ADDRESS repeatedly, which eventually resulted in a big, dark ding on my credit report.

  27. I’ve only worked at USAP for a short period of time but can already see that their value in quality translates into great care for patients. USAP is also committed to helping the communities they work in by donating and volunteering with …

  28. Deceptive billing practices. I have been notified by my insurance company to watch out for these bogas invoices. They will try to make you pay small amounts even though your deductible is covered and your payments are made to the Doctors office before you are allowed to be admitted. FRAUDULENT DECEPTIVE. Shut them down!

  29. I had surgery in October and was so pleased with the assistant anesthesiologist. He prayed with me before the surgery and came by and checked on me in recovery. I really appreciated his thoughtfulness.

  30. I set up an automatic payment plan in February. They did not tale the payment from my account in March then turned my balance over to a collection agency. I have called twice and no one will call me back. Poor business practices and horrible customer service.

  31. The anesthesia service was excellent. The billing, another matter. First they wanted $1500 BEFORE my surgery. Then they billed me for more and also refunded me part of the $2500, only to bill for it again! It was crazy billing!!

  32. They provided anesthesia for my surgery. They were clear, explained everything they were doing and really put me at ease. The bill was higher than expected, but I put that mostly on my insurance company.

  33. My husband and I were at the hospital for the miscarriage of our 19 week old baby girl. Despite our difficult situation, everything was conducted promptly and accurately with a sensitivity to our loss.

  34. USAP send insurance companies multiple billings after they are paid in full by the insurance company. They also request money up front and after before AND after they are paid in full by the insurance company. BEWARE OF USAP of fraudulent …

  35. This business is absolutely awful. They are charging for a “care team” even when you only get treated by one actual doctor. The other part of the “care team” is sitting at a desk somewhere “possibly looking at monitors”. It took them …

  36. All staff were very friendly and seemed to really care about their job. They never made me nervous. They were caring people and made sure I was comfortable. I’m grateful to have had them there with me.

  37. Excellent anesthesia team! I had a surgical biopsy on breast in August. The anesthesiologist and the nurse made me super comfortable and answered all questions. Thank you for making my procedure smooth.

  38. Marivel Olvera from Patient Advocacy was a breath of fresh air in a time of need. She helped both my son & I through a really tough time since I am now Unemployed due to Covid-19. I’m not really too sure what we would have done without Patient Advocacy. Thank you so much!

  39. The new department Patient AdvocacyUSAP Ms Marivel Olvera I really appreciate all her help. Being still in breast cancer treatment with all me and my husband financial responsibilities along with this COVID scare. She literally gave me some peace of mind and unknowing to her was an answer to my prayers. Thank you Marivel

  40. Poor company, never filed the claim through my insurance and started sending multiple bills four months past the procedure. Billing department is non existent when you question their billing. If you have choice, avoid at any cost.

  41. Bad bad bad cannot figure out bill 3 years after my surgery. Everyone involved with surgery was paid in full within months of surgery except for them because multiple times they failed to file with my insurance instead they send wrong bill to credit bureaus.Make sure your hospital does not use them.

  42. Anesthesiologist was very kind and informed my of all my risk and procedure. I informed him that I get nausea after surgery and he said that he would give me something. But I still threw up after surgery, so that was disappointing.

  43. The is a professional and caring group. My doctor visited with me before my procedure, talked me through their part in it, and left me relaxed ahead of time. Highly recommended.
