Bought our old company among other local options. Rates have nearly doubled with no explanation and with fewer services offered. Less competition and more customers should mean the opposite happens.
Last week I missed my pickup because I didn’t bother to read the letter they sent me about changing the pickup day. It was 100% my fault but the had someone here within an hour anyway. This week my barrel was too full and spilled out and the driver actually picked stuff up off the ground.
I have worked with USA Hauling for over 10 years now. They do a great job with both our trash and recycling. I have recommended them to many of my customers over the years.
They forgot my dumpster for three weeks called and they came this Tuesday, it’s now 5:45am on a Thursday and I’m wide awake thanks to the driver that just shook our dumpster for 30 min for the second time this week
Their truck blocked both sides of the road leaving drivers no where to. Next time put up strategic signs so that drivers aren’t impeded by your doing “business” in residential neighborhoods.
They are supposed to pick up the trash twice a week from my place but this is the second week where they just skip a day for no reason. After calling them 3 times to try and find an answer, they hung up on me all 3 times after keeping me on hold for quiet some time. Would not recommend to anyone.
Although they provide good service, they may low ball your initial contract to to get your business and then after a year or so, may raise their prices by 50% or so. …
