The staff here seem very over whelmed and can not get what they need done. I have been waiting for a response from the Dr. For 5 days and still nothing as I am out of work and struggling to get a resolution to anything.
Called early in the morning before 10:00. I received immediate attention and transfers to whomever I needed to speak to. Each staff member I spoke with was so very kind and responsive.
The office staff is absolutely horrible at communicating! Not answered and countless voicemails are not returned. Showing a complete lack of care and concern for the patients. It’s unfortunate because I’m sure the doctors are great, but the office staff is absolutely horrible.
These people were beyond friendly and helped me get over a concussion that could’ve lasted for months in just a few weeks. The amount of things you learn to help yourself will definitely benefit you in the future. I highly recommend the neurological clinic here in Provo Utah

Can’t seem to get anyone at The Neurological clinic who is interested in taking the initiative and helping to facilitate the referral of a a new patient and seeing that they are seen in a timely manner.

Currently waiting to go back for my first visit and I have been here since 2:45pm and it’s is now 5:30pm… This is absolutely terrible.
Doctors are knowledgeable and helpful but it took 3 days for them to send a referral for me and so I had to wait over a week to get my procedure
