I can see paying a conveince fee to company I am having pay you.But not a convenience fee to you to pay my bills and with all the money your making of convenience fees step into 2018 and get a system to accept cards yourself.
My rating is based off of the following factors. Quality of customer support, ability to access and make payments, communication, quality of water, and the company steps to be innovative and make improvements.
I had to been in vail Colorado for surgery for about a month and come back to my home with the water turned off.they would not give me a break to reconnect the water all about money. Very sad
Just another monopoly service in GJ. Staff is poorly trained on helping customers. Guess that’s easy when you’re the only option. Xcel, and ute are the worst.
Great customer service. I had a water pressure/flow problem. The office contact was friendly & helpful. The crew came right out and took care of a difficult job very quickly and efficiently.They were very friendly and polite. It could not have gone better. Thanks

Ute Water notified us of a leak somewhere in our house before we had a huge water bill. Ze b Smith our home builder did not install the water line correctly from water meter to house. We thank you Ute Water for letting us know of the leak. The repair bill was $2000.

I have nothing good to say about Ute Water, never been late on a payment. Husband had surgery and was gone for awhile. Came home to no water. Nobody will respond to this cause it’s a negative response. You should handle all your customers no matter what the response.

What is the white film in our water from? It cakes onto freshly washed cups straws and lids, and the floating white flakes in a glass of water what is that? Very curious. Also we have to clean our faucet filters weekly why is that?

Won’t turn your water back on after hours unless you pay there tech $30. They won’t bill you. Pretty heartless.
