Majority of the people that are working in the utilities department are extremely rude. I don’t like talking to them. They’ll hang up in your face, and talking to you any kind of way. Always make sure when after you pay your bills that your account number matches your bill!

Last year , I had the city install a security light! They were great! I have called the city about a broken water pipe in my yard and they came within 30 minutes. Had to have a tap installed by the road and the crew that came were great. They did the work, cleaned up were genuinely nice people!
