The doctors are good, but the staff is rude and trained poorly. Expect to wait at least 2 hours past your appointment time to see your doctor. Would not recommend.
I love this place and I finally feel like a Dr understands what’s I’m dealing with. After 25+ years of no answers on so many symptoms they found a diagnosis fit and answered so many questions! They always get back with me quick if I call with a flare up and treat me fast.
Best doctor ever. Dr. Bahla is the greatest doctor for gout related arthritus. Provided him with details of prior medications and he was able to get rid of some and offer and offer better meds that help me elimate my need for multiple meds. All you have to do is ask.
Dr BAHALLA is a very quiet spoken doctor. You need to ask questions and be proactive or you will not get many answers. I have seen others complain about iPad usage but this has replaced and handwritten notes if the dr was not using it he would not have access to your information or may omit vital info on your records.
I would stay away from here. Waited six weeks to see someone. Then waited another 35 minutes past my appointment time. No one could tell me what was going on. I left, will contact my insurance company to file a complaint and will not recommend anyone to go to them!
Staff always forgets to confirm appointments, went in for an infusion after 6 months which iam in pain already since a month ago and went in , I got notified they referred me to another place because of my insurance, wow !!!!
