Dr. Ahmed is WONDERFUL! I have anxiety when it comes to dental visits and it is amplified when it comes to root canals/anything major. Dr. Ahmed and his assistant were patient, understood and validated my anxiety, and did everything to make sure I was comfortable. He just projects calmness and was upbeat.
Arrived 1.5 hours early to the appointment and notified the receptionist we were here. In one ear and out the next, after waiting 2.5 hours (1 hour after the scheduled time) since she hadnt notified anyone we learned that they passed 2 others ahead. Super disorganized and they dont care how they affect patients time.
