From outstanding phone etiquette to timely deliveries, Valley Energy has proven its self to be a company that cares about their customer’s happiness and comfort during Virginia’s long, cold winter months.
Their prices are the best in the area and their customer service reps are curteous. They seem to actually care about their clients. Twice we ran out of propane in our new home and they worked with us to get us going. My advice would be to enter into a service plan and leave it to their professional care.
