They are friendly, running behind today but nothing out of the ordinary. Spent almost an hour here. They arent pushy if you want to decline certain services. Dr Hale is my favorite, hes very personable and friendly.
Dr. Hale and staff were friendly and professional. The glasses shop out front was great, they answered all my questions and didn’t pressure me to buy anything. I will likely go back to purchase glasses.
When we moved to Corvallis over ten years ago, an OSU colleague recommended Valley Eye Care. Dr Hale and the entire staff are fantastic…thorough, instructive, straightforward and personable. We always leave with a better understanding of our vision and options for correction.
Dr Nils Kofoed is the most professional, kind, knowledgeable, patient Optometrist I have seen in 45 years. He diagnosed me with a very important problem that 4 other doctors didn’t take the time to ascertain.
