This is the worst medical related company that has no mercy on humans. They sent us to a debt collector over a $79 bill which was not our responsibility to pay. Very bad people working in this company!
They keep sending random small amounts to collections that make no sense, $3 here and $4 there and I pay all the bills as they come in so I have no idea where these are coming from. On top of that, they give out the wrong billing phone number.
We had two marks on our credit for a whopping $15 each. No known billing for $15, no notifications that we know of. Kind of a weird way to do business.
