I have been trying for weeks to get an appointment with a cardiologist after being referred to valley view and all I have gotten is “we will put you on the schedule to call and schedule an appointment”. This place has NO customer service. I will be getting a referral to a different facility.
Me my wife and newborn son were literally held against our will after my wife gave birth. We were cleared by the doctor and given release papers then had to wait from three in the morning until noon the next day to leave. It was terrible and were treated like criminals for trying to leave.

Don’t go to Valley View “Urgent Care”! I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone who can help since February for a visit in January. I specifically asked to be seen for urgent care and they billed me for emergency care. It makes a large difference on my insurance. Every time I call I get a different answer.
They took fabulous care of my mother-in-law. While the general public prefers to stay out hospitals, if you to be in one this is a great choice.
I delivered both my girls there and the staff was amazing, I felt cared about and I love how the delivery area is secluded and not like a typical hospital! More home-like!
On 1/17 I was seen in the ER by Dr.Donovan, Nurse Alyson & techs Kallie and Ryan. All 4 of them were absolutely amazing and they need to know how wonderful they are. They made my trip to the ER just a little bit better. If anyone has them in the future you are WELL taken care of.
