On Monday September 27,2022 my trash was not picked up. It was not over filled or heavy. I understand human error, but when I called I waited for over a half hour and nobody answered, I tried again 5 minutes later and again no answer and it was before 5 pm Not answering the phones is a lack of respect, care and customer service.
