  2. This place was great for me! Ive had to utilize this resource twice due to waitlists for psychiatric care. Staff was kind and caring during both of my stays Dr. Kaley is very easy to talk to, and he listens! He even has a good sense of …

  3. As an employee here, I have to say it is one of the most people centered places I have worked in Arkansas. The team is genuinely caring and always striving to improve the care and treatment, environment, training and career development! Not …

  4. I would highly recommend to work for this company! All the staff that I have worked with for almost 2 years now have been amazing. They are very accommodating with scheduling and your own personal needs! 🙂

  5. I am so proud of the work that is done at Vantage Point. Our employees care deeply for the well-being of our patients and are dedicated to providing the best care possible. We work very hard to meet the needs of our community and are grateful for the opportunity to serve.

  6. I have been an employee of Vantage Point for over 18 years. I have found my experience to be not only rewarding, but educational. I have worked alongside great people in various capacities. I am confident in the services provided and programs offered.

  7. I have been an employee of VP for almost two years and can truly say I love my job. I have felt supported by my fellow staff and enjoy coming to work knowing the team I am working with genuinely cares for the patients we are serving.

  8. I went there 8 years ago and it was more tramatic than the physical and mental abuse I was supposed to be treated for- I wish I could post 0 stars

  9. For those who have had a horrible experience with this place why hasn’t anyone brought a lawsuit against this place? One person alone possibly has no chance but a class action would mean you’d have to be listened to!

  10. It’s kept colder than what’s considered bearable for a long length of time. The staff cannot control a dangerous situation between the patients. Horrible.

  11. Techs often sleep on and off the unit taking 2 to 3 hour breaks
Some nurses are cool but alot of them talk and treat the patients
along with techs like trash …

  12. Horrible place! Staff are mean and just plain horrible! The medication only makes you feel worse and everything about it is just plain bad! Definitely should get shut down!!!

  13. I’m pretty sure I would be legally reprimanded if I tried to publicly explain all the things I witnessed in this facility on this review. But I’ll tell yall one thing, this is NOT a place to send your teens. Dont do it. There are other facilities in the area that would be MUCH better.

  14. Seemly wanted to be helpful when talked to on the phone. I took a friend here and had to return less than 8 hours to pick them up because they weren’t getting treated for what the website says. I do not recommend.

  15. Tough love: Will assist you PHYSICALLY and MENTALLY. They knew I suffered both and will continue to help me. They make certain no one is alone on or during any of this. Through the trials and tribulations, they’re there for ME. I am thankful thus far.

  16. My husband was on the phone today with his uncle’s social worker as he has medical poa. The social worker was highly unprofessional and cursed at my husband who was wanting information on his uncle’s treatment.

  17. I brought my daughter here 3months ago when she thought she overdosed and was turned away with a list of area rehabs because she wa as not in withdrawals these people have no compassion my daughter since has passed because there was no help available when she needed it. Thank you Vantage point….

  18. DO NOT GO HERE! I will be forever traumatized from the “service” and how absolutely garbage the facility was. I was helped not once. If I could give it no stars I would, unsafe trash.

  19. Horrible been on the phone trying to get threw to my sister on the sub acute unit for over 24 mins now and they won’t answer everyone else is trying to get me threw there. I live in indiana and we are an hour ahead so calling hours are late …

  20. I was in their for 6 months and I have nightmares about it today. You barley get to go outside you’re forced to do things that you don’t feel comfortable doing and the nurses were all right but the only time it was organized was when big companies would come and observe.

  21. Wonderful experience here. Was diagnosed accurately and treated with respect and dignity. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because the food was not very nurtitious or balanced. However I understand that this is about mental health.

  22. This place is absolutely horrible. If you care about your loved ones do not take them here. After three months I was sent home with the wrong medications and lied to. The therapists and doctors will tell you things to avoid having to deal with you. I could go on and on this place is a nightmare.

  23. People are very rude they give patients codes for the family and don’t tell the patients to let the family know I wouldn’t send my dog here knowing what I know now do not let your family go here… I don’t want to put a Star on here but you have to I give it a zero

  24. I agree more than words can describe. Since free thinking is in the DSM-V as a mental disorder this corruption will go unchecked. They are legalized drug dealers who push drugs they make sure their client will be addicted to for life. Do …

  31. Vantage Point was a wonderful solution when we had a family member in crisis. The staff is knowledgeable, compassionate and were readily available to us. We are especially grateful to Megan Wedgworth, Dr. Dollins, Peggy, Tonya, Martin and the staff in the Turning Point program.

  32. Horrible people! They don’t care about the patients. They are just there to get your money. You won’t get proper therapy, you will be given the wrong medications, you will feel even worse than when you checked in.

  33. Slowest place I have ever seen was referred by my doughters consulers. I was told they had all the info they would need that it take about half an HR to go over paperwork.took over 4 hours for paperwork. Worst place I have ever been around …

  34. As a parent of a child in need of services. This facility and staff worked really hard to get my child on the right track. This was definitely the help we needed. Dr Staley, our therapist and the whole staff cared and it showed. Thank you all for putting the pieces back together

  37. I would actually give them a big fat NEGATIVE 5, but it was not a rating option. My family is considering a complaint to the state to request an investigation into the people running this facility. The doctor and the therapist were rude …
