  18. Since becoming a member in 2015, I must say customer service is nonexistent. Forget trying to call in as I have spent almost 2 hours on hold!!! I know I could have selected “1” and someone would have called me back. On one occasion when I was able to do that, I received a call back 5 hours later!!
