  1. This company is fraudulent loves to price gouge. The bills here are outrageous don’t dare be late they will cut you off the day after your due date then charge you $150 to reconnect it and a huge deposit even if you already have a huge deposit… customer service is rude..

  9. We have many outages and I can cope with that. However, if its after hours or on weekends, there is no reliable way to contact them. Apparently their phone system is archaic. Internet becomes the only way to report. Not everyone has that in this rural area.

  16. I have had VVEC for the past 3 years. My bills have been absolutely ridiculous. I just got a bill a few days ago that was priced higher than the month before, yet I had used a significant amount less of KWH than the previous month. They’re crooked. If there was another company to switch to, I’d do it in a heartbeat.
