Vero Radiology was fine until….Cleveland Clinic bought it, now they have nothing but complaints; everything that Cleveland Clinic runs is terrible in Florida anyway .

I was paying off a bill from Vero Radiology on auto pay from my bank. When the auto pay stopped there was only a $10 bill left. Instead of notifying me they sent the $10 bill to collections and my credit score dropped by 50 points!
I think 30 minutes on hold to talk to scheduling, and still no answer, is excessive. I hope the rest of their service is better than this.
In and out pretty quick. Getting them to answer the phone to get an appointment is a complete different story.
