The lady that runs this office is very unorganized! She doesn’t keep up w what you pay,so dont pay w cash unless you get a receipt.Also didn’t realize they could talk about your bill with outside party’s very unprofessional! It has also been3 months an haven’t received deposit! Good luck getting her to answer for phone!
Small water company, we have used them for years. They are upgrading their technology with online pay, electronic read meters. Anytime we have needed anything they have been very accommodating.
We noticed water bubbling up thru our driveway into our pasture. Not much of a driveway really, just a bit of gravel put to allow entry during wet times. Called VSUD and notified them of the apparent leak. From where the water was coming up …
