Small contractors don’t get paid on time for services rendered past 30days every month it’s a struggle to get paid after giving 110% every day including Saturdays

Rude, disrespectful staff. Don’t bother calling unless you want to be the victim of their nasty dispositions. Unfortunate that having the delusion of power puts them in the position to talk to you as if you aren’t a human being. I’d rather be homeless than live in any home managed by this so-called property management company!

Vesta manages our community and does an exemplary job. The company before them always dropped the ball and had excuses for everything, unlike Vesta. Five stars for sure!

I have collaborated with Vesta Property Services for over a year and find them to be very innovative, forward thinking and service oriented. The leadership team cares about their team and the communities they serve.
Do not use their services. Their staff will lie till the bitter end. They mismanage properties, steal security deposits and lose renters checks constantly, then blame the tenants. Even after proof on 2 separate occasions they cashed checks they still claim to never have received payment. Horrible people.
As a former homeowner and former Board Member in a Vesta Managed Community I felt the staff did a good job managing the many responsibilities set forth by the POA & CDD. The CAM’s made every effort to deal fairly with the homeowners on …

As a Board member of a CDD, I have never been more disgusted with a company. Our property manager Brian P. is unresponsive to the Board and to residents, doesn’t show up for work, has let the property deteriorate and let the pool permit EXPIRE at the end of June. Hasn’t managed to replace regular LIGHT BULBS in 4 months.
While I enjoy the quiet gated community itself, the HOA or management rules and regulations are absolutely absurd. I have been threatened with fines because of a cleaning service truck parked outside for a couple hours, my neighbors moving …

One example, for months, company has not complied with a public auditor’s request for items as simple as a bank account number, a fraud statement, a reserves statement, cam management statement. Company has lost our official records. Vendors have quit us for non payment. Be very cautious with them.
