DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. You will have to get the city involved to get any issues you have resolved and have to manage and babysit them. Also, it seems as though they are buying up properties, making them uninhabitable, and then probably planning on building higher priced real-estate. They are the worst type of corporate.
I have gone a month with no working fridge, I’ve even gone two weeks without working A/C during the 100+ heat wave (luckily I got it to work, not maintenance). Maintenance is horrible! I’ve already put in 4 separate work orders, and still nothing! Don’t expect rent until I have a working fridge!
