Never get a car loan through these people ! They refuse to refund my gap insurance since it’s been over 60 days !!! That is bull everywhere else refunds or puts it toward a new car ! They lost my business and I will be leaving them altogether.
The factories in Moline and East Moline are the reason this Credit Union got started. Originally John Deere Credit Union. Now your company has shut down the locations near the factories .
All the vibrant Credit Union shut down motor location in when you go to the drive-up window I never did like to use them to take forever and there’s only one person ahead of you it takes too long when you’re in line to they need to fix it …

I’ve been sitting on hold for more than 40 minutes to get a simple question answered. I don’t go to the drive-through anymore because I sit there for more than 30 minutes. I bank at another bank and never have these issues. Maybe vibrant should not have closed so many convenient locations.
This was such a great credit union before covid now it’s such a pain to get anything done at a branch location because they closed to many of them .
Had to wait in drive-through for over 30 min before it was my turn at teller .
Really hope they can come back from this pandemic soon. Really miss the pre covid Experience
