I have been waiting for a visit to be scheduled since mid December. This place have issues with communication, so don’t consider it. Imagine you have issues at your apartment and you still haven’t heard back after a month. Unacceptable

My experience applying here was so bad! I will never apply to any of their communities again. I have never had such a negative experience with housing! I finally got approved after going through hell! But the way they treated me I would never want to rent from them even if they providing me a free apartment! Buyer beware!

Loud, screaming people and children. Smells like weed. Neighbors will harass you about parking spots they have “claimed”. No recycling, despite DE law. Renovated units have been done so cheaply. Maintenance is sketchy at best (my sink drain is currently propped up by a thin board). I would not recommend this place.
