These people are frauds who leach on the community’s hard earned pay for some water and terrible customer service.
This company overcharges for their services, can’t explain why my bill is so high, and has terrible people skills. If we had a choice, we certainly wouldn’t be using them.
The water is hard..always has been. Their online pay source doesn’t always work. They are definitely not friendly folks.
They over charge and never read your meter. You get charge for 3000 gals one month then the next the charge you for 7500 gals. And the women who answers the phone is probably the rudest human on this earth.
Horrible, over the past 3mos I’ve paid well over $200 on my water bill. I’ve called and called but no one can tell me why my bill is so high. I will be contacting the Mayor’s office today to address my concerns
Water and sewage is always around $50 this month it’s $215 and for what? There have been no changes at all in our use of water!! Ridiculous!!

I agree the customer service is horrible. Everyone has the same complaint about the lady who works in the office. She is rude, smart mouthed and just plain disrespectful. I guess she has never been educated in professionalism. Very classless individuals working here.
So village water was terrible at first.. somewhere down the line they started actually reading the meters.. I called them to have the water turned on for a home inspection and to my surprise they obliged! So positive shout out to village water! Thanks for helping me out!
The reason why the water dept is ruined is because Heather Feeback. She’s pure evil! When you have a dark cloud hovering around you, the coworkers/ employees become miserable, thus passing off to the customers!

No payments allowed by calling the office. No way to setup autopay online. Will disconnect your water service over you being $20 late when you’ve been a customer for decades. All this without mentioning how terrible the water is (Please, never attempt to drink it.) and the sewer system being horrible.
