Online payment of business taxes is a terrible application and is not a convenient service. I try to conduct 100% of my business in WV for this reason!!!

Just called to ask a question about form to include with an amended return. The agent was courteous, pleasant, helpful, and the whole process was less than three minutes. Nice job.
Slight wait on the phone maybe 4-5 mins. The young lady I spoke with was super helpful with my question concerning a previous refund, and this only took a few minutes. Pleasantly surprised with the efficient service.

I have paid business taxes for every month this year 4 times. These people repeatedly charged me, claiming that my payments were rejected and returned to my account. I haven’t received ONE returned payment.
Would give 0 if I could. They will send you a bill then when you politely question them, they hang up…. No excuse for this behavior, at the end of the day its taxpayers paying their salaries.

I couldn’t get anyone in line up to 50 minutes, it’s better to take a day off from work and keeps calling or drive miles to find someone
