I can tell you this….I haven’t even seen these people yet and can tell something is wrong up front. I have been trying to call for three full days and the phone is always busy. I have called a total of 38 times!
I’ve always been satisfied with this practice. But I will warn that wait times are often long.
I’ve been calling several times and was hung up on immediately once and then nothing but busy. This really deters people from wanting to become a patient.
Horrible experience!!! The doctor was very rude. Voiced my concerns to the front desk and the receptionist stated “we have had a lot of complaints about him, and we are loosing a lot of customers!”

My daughter has been a patient of Lall-Trail for over 10years and has had multiple eye surgeries. Although Lall-Trail is a great doctor, getting timely appointments is impossible, the receptionist is always rude and they reschedule your appointments (that were scheduled MONTHS in advance) without even speaking with you directly.
