I was chgd a copay. Could not get receptionist to call my ins co to verify I owed no copay. I called them when I got home to confirm this. I was correct. So I paid so I could be seen. If she had called right then all could be handled in the spot. Otherwise my visit was good.

This office is driven by “Greed” and cares nothing for their patients. I would never recommend Dr Soe and her practice they are cold, uncaring and lacking any compassion for their patients.
Dishonesty is their specialty. You will NOT get what you pay for and definitely don’t go for Botox. They charge per area and do not use the recommended number of units to immobilize the muscles. Even when you go back for the follow up, they will not do what is needed to immobilize the areas.
