  2. Good luck getting a live person on the phone to make an actual appointment, and if you do, be prepared to set aside 30-45 minutes and speak to three different people to make a simple doctor appointment. This organization has severe organizational issues.

  4. The staff working there is okay but the doctor assigned to parent is not competent. After leaving several messages, the doctor will not call back and follow up on the patient. It is time such doctors should be reported who do not care about the welfare of the patient.

  5. Tell the Doctors you have a serious issue and they look at you and move on. They are not addressing issues. I saw how they did my fiancee and it mad me so mad. Quacks.
