The book keeping systems here are awful. I called and asked what my total payout was and thoughts this was closed. Never received a statement from that payment, and next thing I know I receive a note from a collections agency.
I had to call this company 3 times today, each time, the wait is 20-25 min, the phone was disconnected the 2nd time. They billed the wrong ICD10 code, my insurance did not cover, instead communicating with the insurance company, they bill the patient, and have the patient do their job. Not professional.
