Absolute WORST alarm company. Stay away. I’ve had them for 1.5 years and it’s constant issues with my devices. I’ve called them 15+ times in last 3 months and all they ever do is “trouble shoot” fixes the issues for a day or so, then more issues. They are a huge headache.
Watch out for the contract!! There is no way out of the contract without paying the full amount of the 5 year contract (about $6000.00). The trial period is only a 3 day trial period. 5 years is a long time to be committed to a service with only 3 days to trial. This service is expensive and irrelevant with newer services available.
