  8. Terrible customer Service. had to call THREE TIMES to sign up for service. You would tghink they would jump on any new customers but NO i had to call them multiple times and complin to get someone to sign me up on the spot, rather than tell me that “they’ll get an email out to you by the end of the day” AWFUL.   9. Avoid Volo if you do any online gaming. It’s prone to random disconnects, large lag spikes, and stuttering and will be the cause of many lost matches. It’s alright for anything else that isn’t dependent on a steady connection. Very fast when connection is steady.

  10. When the internet is having no issues, it’s a nice and cheap fiber connection. However, the service goes out intermittently and their customer service is awful during these periods. They will leave you on hold for multiple hours and then disconnect your call.

  11. Most affordable fiber connection in Champaign. We’ve had outages here and there, but our calls are answered in a timely manner. We have guests over frequently that use the wireless, and we throw LAN parties, do HW / play online games constantly. For the price, it’s hard to complain.

  14. One of the worst Internet Experiences i’ve ever had. Super inconsistent speeds, random outages. Wifi dead-spots in apartment. Would not recommend, by far haven’t had internet this slow since before 2010. The router they have installed in apartment is absolutely atrocious.

  50. We are VERY happy with Volo. For years, we dealt with issues and lack of wifi coverage in our home from the competition. We were elated when Volo finally made it to our neighborhood! So far, we have not had an issue with streaming and have been pleased with every staff member we have spoken with at Volo.
