Lady that reached out to my wife is very rude and unpleasant. She needs to find a job that suits her skillset better or a job that doesn’t interact with people.
I can’t even give these people 1 star!! They are about the most hateful, unprofessional group I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. They need to fire EVERYONE here and start over! I pay online every time so I don’t have to go into that office. Which means I’m actually paying a FEE just to not deal with them…UGH ridiculous!
Over the past 20 years this water provider had been both unprofessional, incompetent, and you can’t even drink the water often. If I had any other choice in water utilities I would take it in a heartbeat. Nasty rude people, health compromised water.
