  1. My complaint is about the due date where everyone who use their water supply is due on the same day, the 20th. In 2017, you would think there would be options and there are no online payment options either.

  2. Tell you this. Pay your water bill quick. If you forget they will shut you off after like 10 days late and charge I think its around 80.00 to get turned back on. But hey, like I said, pay your bill and no worries lol

  3. Today is the 4th time that they have shut my water off after never sending me a bill. I understand shutting it off for nonpayment, however, with their lack of website and or pay by phone I have no idea how much to pay if they wont send me a bill.

  4. If I could give a 0 I would office manager was extremely rude. Water was accidentally turned off which I get accidents happen but she mace it feel like it was my mistake and fault.

  5. Got off work and found disconnect notice cause I forgot to pay water bill. I never been late before and they will not cut back on til tomorrow cause it is late in the day. Lady at window very rude – come on people have to work – a reminder would have been nice.

  6. USER BEWARE!!! If you pay your bill on disconnect day, due to whatever reason, even if your water HAS NOT been disconnected, you WILL STILL have to pay a disconnect fee and reconnect fee. Both add up to close to $100. I’ve dealt with some characters, but these people are a joke.

  7. I lived in horn lake and with a house full of 6 people, our water bill was always around $60. Living in walls with just 3 people our bill is $130. Im just not sure how this works but it is completely ridiculous! I’m glad we are moving! They also need to get up to speed with being able to pay online or over the phone!!!!
