My experience was very pleasant. The staff all went out of their way to make me comfortable. They spent time checking my teeth and explaining their findings to me. I’m quite happy I went there.
From check in to check out it always a great experience. The front office is always warm and welcoming. Dr. Paul did two fillings and removed two of my wisdom teeth. He was very patient and thoughtful in his care and did quality work. The assistant Becca was also great-very informative and caring.
My dental hygienist is amazing! She is always so friendly and makes going to the dentist enjoyable! Dr. Bates is the best dentist! Definitely would recommend anyone going to this office.

It was our sons first time visiting the Dentist. He’s 3 1/2. Everyone from the receptionist, to the assistant, & the dentist himself were all very patient and kind. He had a very positive experience & he loved being able to pick out a toy from the toy chest 🙂

Dr. Bates is a wonderful dentist. I’ve been going to him since I was a child and couldn’t recommend anyone else. He’s kind, considerate, and makes sure you’re comfortable at every visit. He walks you through what you will need to do for procedures and makes sure that you are still doing okay throughout.
This dentist office is the best you don’t have that long of a waiting time and they are the most friendliest people. They really go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. But it is the dentist office I will keep coming back to and spread the word about.
