These people will give you the runaround and then hangup on you instead of telling you they cant help you, even though its a medical problem you are having they wont give you any information on where you can get help. These people don’t know what they are doing, I definitely don’t want to go there now.

I have been to the walk-in clinic twice in the last year for two different issues. Staff was excellent and helped me through the process in an efficient manner.
The billing process for this hospital is AWFUL! No one locally to speak with, multiple account numbers for the same patient, no itemized billing, and RUDE customer service center reps at whatever call center they have handling their billing. Would rather drive anywhere else.
Rude and unfriendly ER care. More interested in scolding for using the ER then ensuring the infant was alright and that parents knew what signs to watch for as follow up.Will drive to Manhattan in the future.
