  1. Why do I pay $60 a month for thrash services if they aren’t going to even get out of the truck to pick up broken down boxes that I stacked neatly to make it easier for the workers to pick up, I guess next time I’ll just shove everything down the trash can and pile it up.

  2. To say that this place is severely mismanaged might be the understatement of the century. My favorite thing they do is charge you extra if you pay with a card, even during a pandemic. If I had access to any other water company, I would jump ship as soon as I possibly could.

  3. Why is my bill $60 a month when it’s only one person living here most of the time? One side of my street is “within” city limits and gets to pay decent prices while my side of the street is “outside” city limits and has to deal with ridiculous prices. Lovely “city” run by a group of con artists.

  4. How do you make all this money on these high water bills but cant afford to put a system in place to make an online payment. The non refundable deposit is ridiculous. Also the water department does not believe in helping people, all they care about is making sure they get their money.

  5. Ward water is very poorly managed. You have one choice if you want your bill auto drafted and that is the 10th of the month. They charge a $100 non refundable deposit (aka $100 fee) when you connect your water with them. The city needs to bring their sewer department into this century, they are doing business like it’s 1995.

  7. So sick of them upcharging me 400 dollars for a leak I don’t have. My normal usage is 67 if that and had Ben around that for 3YEARS. Now all of the sudden they argue I have a leak when I have had it checked not once, twice, but 4 times! …

  8. Vanessa Elmore set up our water. She was the most unfrinedly and rude person we have met since moving to Arkansas last month. We had an easy setup, buying a new home, but from the moment we walked in the door, she acted like we were an interruption to her day. Very unprofessional. I hope we don’t have to deal with her going forward.

  10. Had the water tested, gross! We are stuck with ward water. Hoped we would get a part of that Heber water I voted for……ruins my appliances, toilets are gross. Need a lifetime of filters………..
