They don’t take good care of people
This place is a joke. If you have serious heart issues and need attention call an ambulance and go to Columbus.
This place is right out of the 70’s. Not very clean..below average care..DONT waste your time coming here.
First two times they helped a little then they kept telling me to some where else very unclean felt like I was in the 1950’s
LOVE WSMC and all of its staff. Please stop exaggerating bad experiences when you don’t fully know what you are talking about.
It is a total joke, first of all it was hot as hell in the hospital and a Afican doctor wasn’t good at all. It was nasty as hell and they didn’t even have hot water!!
The ER Department was very helpful and Professional very Satisfied with the service I Received. Thank you.
Went to hospital and spent two hours waiting on two tests when I was the only patient there. Now trying to get results and nobody can tell me anything. Go to columbus
It horrible, they take so long and there floors have stains. It smell like bleach and blood I do not recommend….

My mother is actually there now .I can say she is fed ,bathed always clean and gets her meds properly .She wants to be home but I know right now the nursing home is best until she can walk better!
A few things. First they starved my great grandma to death then wouldn’t give my grandma oxygen when she asked for it. Avoid this place if you can. They’re under staffed and have no business even being open.

warm springs medical center is a good place to work and also a good place to come if you are sick,we have caring doctors and nurses here,yes it is small,old fashion,that just mean we have more time to care for our residents and patients,providing a high standard of care.
Is this a nursing home or a hospital? I’m so disappointed in the care facility staff everyone, especially the nurse name Emma she is very unprofessional rude pass the buck to not night shift. They never sanitize the room never clean floors. Water doesn’t properly work. Place not equipped for dogs or cats.
