I am appalled at how I was treated trying to get help for my husbands terminal brain tumor, after being referred to call them for help, they were the rudest people I have spoken to.
We scheduled an appt for 2:30 pm for a broken bone, and have sat in the lobby for an hour. We show up early (as a courtesy) and are asked to sign a paper stating we will be on time or risk losing our appt, etc. Where is the courtesy of being on time for your patients? What kind of service and care does this display?
Visited Warren Clinic Tower for Medical appointment. No security, no employees at entrance, no one at the reception area, or on the 1st floor. An open invitation to anyone who wants to commit gun/terror attacks. St Francis/ Warren should be held responsible for what happened last week. You are not safe in this building.
