Unfortunately our house is not serviced by this company, but the customer service rep I spoke to was absolutely wonderful and helped me find the correct water company.
Warrior River Water is not customer friendly !! Their customer service makes you want the dreaded computer customer service option. If you’re moving check the water carrier first! Warrior water will pick your pocket for every cent they can get!!!
Moderately friendly staff in the office (field service is much more friendly), but they have not set up online bill pay and will charge a substantial fee for paying with a credit card. They claim the $2.50 is their part of the service charge, but a 6/7% fee is ridiculous and borders on extortion.
Absolutely the most lazy applications process since 2006. The utter lack of effort involved with taking applications online is embarrassing. It’s 2021 let’s make things a little more stream line.. Building an app for stream line application …
if u use your bank bill pay they do not post them everyday and give u a late charge. example bill pay mailed check Oct 7 and warrior river says they did not get until Oct 19. this is mailed from bham. the staff is letting those checks …

Nice facility and great workers
The ladies at the reception desk are very friendly, courteous and efficient.
I’ve been a customer for 21 years and never had a problem here.
Closed on weekends. So if you can’t pay your bill before two pm on a Friday YOU WONT HAVE WATER FOR THAT WEEKEND.
