Dr. Gore, the hospitalist, needs to work on his bedside manner. Compassion is a must when talking to family members about hospice care. He was very blunt and demeaning.
My daughter (5) and I have both been to the emergency room twice in the last two years for minor issues and I felt very good about the care we received there. It isn’t the most advanced facility and sometimes there are long lines but I am very thankful that we have this hospital in our rural county.
Just wanted to say how much I appreciate the ER staff at Washington County Regional Medical Center for the recent experience I had there and the way we were treated, from the management to the entire staff.
The care my daughter recieved here tonight was OUTSTANDING! She was afraid and the nurses and doctors wasted no time getting her i.v. in and comforting her. I cannot say enough how impressed I am. Being from a big city, I was sceptical, but this small town hospital is better than the large ones I’m used to! I trust wcrmc fully
