Great Location
Changed from five to 2 because of recent service.
Visiting my deposit box is an easy, quick and enjoyable treat…
Great team, they care about their clients and work for long term financial goals
The branch in Columbia city is fantastic. Everyone remembers and calls you by name and the tellers are fast and accurate. I’m stcking with them unless I run out of money.
Still deciding. Took over a month to get my debit card. Outside of the delay the service is decent. Accounts are packed with benefits.

The staff is always very helpful and friendly!
Started charging my account $10/month until it went to zero. What a ripoff. Then I called and they said they’d take care of it. They did not take care of it.
Very disgusting employees at the front desk. That type that makes you want to vomit because they are so rude/aggressive. Very very rude. I even tried speaking to the guy that runs the building and he was also very rude and did not care what …
I love my local WaFd bank. I would give 5 stars but wish my statements came in the mail with only the last 4 acct. digits on them vs. ALL of my info there. Sometimes my mail gets in someone else’s box. I worry about someone else getting one …
