Always friendly and nice. They are a bit over zealous in follow up calls but stopped when I asked them to. Haven’t experienced long wait times at this location
Great service, good business practices. Friendly staff and helpful. Closes early but that’s pretty normal. Oddly no walk-up atm, only a drive thru one but you can still walk up to it.
Today WSECU made a great effort and called me back so i didn’t need to hold to fix an issue. Great service.

Brand new member of WSECU! After a rough start at another branch, we showed up about 415pm on a Friday to get our accounts setup and were promptly attended to. I haven’t lived in Washington State in almost 15 years, but this is still my #1 bank. After using dozens of banks in multiple states and other countries I still haven’t found a local bank that gives the same customer service and support that I get from WSECU despite being thousands of miles away.
