Horrible experience trying to pay a bill and get it documented and I feel like I am bothering them by calling while they are still charging late fees and not putting my name of the account as the home owner.
NO ONE WANTS TO WORK…..BUT THEY CERTAINLY WANT TO GET PAID. I SPENT HOURS ON THE PHONE TRYING TO GET THROUGH AND NO ANSWER. IF YOU ARE CLOSED YOU SHOULD MENTION IT ON THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM. TERRIBLE IN EVERY WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WISH YOU HAD COMPETITION!!!!!!!!!!!!! MAYBE ITS TIME FOR A COMPETITOR….
this company is stupidly ridiculous the way it charges its bills, they do not check every month what we consume, they make a stupid estimate where they rob people, they have been charging me $ .750 every 3 months a year ago and in my house we only live 3 people, decreasing water consumption more and more and the bill is the same.
Awful the worst customer service, I spoke to the manager above all managers the worse customer service ever I’ll prefer to take a shower at the gym wash my clothes at laundromat for the rest of my life then have service with them !!
