Dissapointed that they are my only choice. They seem to bill whenever they want. They will bill you from any day from the 16th to the end of the month, so your bill could be from the 30-16 or the 16 of one month thru the 30 of the next, so it could be two weeks or 6, but they still have a monthly minimum charge.
Absolutely horrible to be charged this much for service. there is no competition for the service and nothing the home owner can do to provide a more cost effective method of waste disposal. I have spoken to customer service, it appears they are aware of the fact they are the only game in town.
Here is a government monopoly, that charges everyone a minimum $33 a month where the they use it or not. They acquire their water for free out of the Cumberland River. This government agency has no elected oversight or board members. They …

Terrible customer service; Robert Boyd and Debbie Scott provided the worst customer service ever. They used the wrong card for auto pay, never contacted us. Disconnected our water and charged us a reconnection fee. My advice would be to dig a well. then when I complained to the BBB they falsified the “documents”

Worst people on Earth to have to deal with. Woman answering the phone is beyond hateful. Pathetic sad woman that has nothing better to do than be bitter and take it out on everyone she speaks to. Could live the rest of my life without ever hearing her voice again.
