Everyone here is great, except for one of the office lady’s. She is extremely rude, curt and every time I have to call, I pray I don’t have to deal with her.
I’ve been a customer for 9 yrs know. I’ve had no problems. compared to waste management ( how i would give 2 stars to) there customer service is excellent and they come at the same time promptly every week.
Garbage pick-up is a necessity…..Watermans makes it simple and painless. I especially like the “call when you need a pick-up” option that is available in the winter months. This cuts down on the yearly cost of my trash disposal.
I followed one of their trucks on the North end of New Richmond by the St.Croix Health Center and witnessed the passenger throwing out an empty plastic bottle! Really! How disgusting! Scheduled delivery of a dumpster. Gave address and credit card. Day of delivery, no call no show. When we called to find out where they were, lady at the desk was rude and said that the driver didn’t want to go “out of his way” to go to our house.
