Our community has been served very well by Pinnacle. The response to concerns is unbelievably quick; at times up to 9:30 pm if that is what it takes to get the correct answer.
waiting to see improvement in management from Pinnacle. overcharges on fees for payments paid on time removed from account by due date by pinnacle but late fees still charged and accrued thousands in fees , going to take state to correct and credit. poor mgt.
I have worked as a Property Manager for Watson almost 2 years now and I could not be more proud to be a part of such a great team and leaders of this company. Highly recommend
Worst service ever, they open until 5pm I got there at 4:28pm and it was close, there was people inside pretending nobody was at the door. I called their number and a rude lady that didn’t want to say her name “operator number 2” said with a tone that there was nothing she can do for me. What a great service!

If zero stars was possible I would do that. The property manager met with a co buyer and the real estate agent where we discussed our business plans. He verbally told us it was ok and so we went forward with the purchase and sale agreement. …
