absolute worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Not only do they change your policy WITHOUT TELLING YOU, they take your money and charge you twice as much, and send you a bill and basically tell you “tough luck” when you try to sort it out. Absolute trash.

Wayne Mutual Insurance Co. is the worst insurance company to ever deal with, they will tell you one thing and do another and then make it look like it was all your fault! we did work for a customer that was insured through wayne mutual and they guaranteed coverage for a tree that had fallen on their house. after the work was completed they refused to pay the claim. They had told me they were issuing payment. then after 4 months they said they had found a loophole in the policy and refused to pay
