  6. Horrible service! Constant power outages always at a time when their offices are closed (not once in 11 years has it happened when offices were open!)! Listed phone numbers for emergency outage reporting are NEVER answered. I do my part by never paying my bill late, now do yours and provide me with service!!!!

  9. Repeated outages always after hours, no one EVER answers the phone number you’re supposed to use to report it. Average at least one loss of power for hours at a time every couple months or so.

  14. They don’t answer the phone. They are un-knowledgeable when it comes to customer service. Their website uses comic sans. Their autopay makes you put in a specific charge to take out each month, despite you not knowing how much you’re supposed to actually pay. Everything about this place is complete garbage.

  20. I’ve been with them over 10 years. No problems paying my bill at the window, or in the overnight drop box. Sometimes hard to reach someone to report a power outage, but they usually already know and are working on it when l call and it’s usually due to a car hitting a pole or storm damage.
